Brethren, Family, and Friends

It’s cold outside, but it’s nice and warm in the Lodge room! With all of the good fellowship going on, it makes it a bit easier to go out.

I would like to welcome our newly raised Brothers into our fraternity.

February is going to be a busy month! We have degree work every week, as well as our 2^nd annual Daytona 500 party, which will be held on Sun Feb. 15 starting at 1:00. Even if you are not a NASCAR fan, you can still come down and have a great time. Tickets are $10, and all proceeds will go to our Boots & Coats fund. See WB Rich for tickets and more information.

Lastly, I would like to apologize for the lateness of last month’s trestleboard. I have appointed a committee for this purpose. Hopefully they will continue to remind those of us that contribute, to have our letters in by the 15^th.

Brethren, Family and Friends

Happy Valentine’s Day!!! I sincerely hope that each of you has an opportunity to spend time with your “sweetheart” on this day, as well as spread some of that Brotherly Love to others around you.

February looks as though it will be another busy month. We have candidates for the degrees, our Daytona 500 party, Thursday evening educational Classes, and SW Dinners. 13/FEB/09 will be Olive Branch 542’s SW Dinner, and 25/FEB/09 will be Livonia 586’s SW dinner. Next month, not only will we be having our SW dinner with Allen Park Key on 19/MAR/09, but River Rouge 511/Lincoln Park Ionic 539/Findlater 475/Wolverine 484 will be holding their SW Dinner on 10/MAR/09. Please let me know if you plan on attending these dinners.

We are planning a Lodge Clean-up weekend for the Spring. There is still a lot to do, both inside and outside of the Lodge. Once the date is finalized, I will communicate that to everyone.
